ESTANCIAS Y ESTADIAS. DPTO IDIOMAS
Estancias y Estadías, en el Dpto. de idiomas, es un grato proyecto emergente que se implementa en la Universidad Politécnica de Tlaxcala, con el objetivo de ayudar a los estudiantes de cuatrimestres avanzados a continuar en sus estudios y no abandonarlos ante las restricciones sanitarias que se han impuesto por la contingencia, en este primer periodo del año 2020.
Este proyecto ha sido especialmente pensado para dos vertientes: el alumno continúa con su aprendizaje del idioma inglés y a la vez desarrolla un proyecto de su misma área de las ingenierías; que contribuye a profundizar su conocimiento de su misma área de formación, mientras innova en el área de los idiomas con productos que pueden ser publicados.
Si estas leyendo esto, es porque quizás justo te has inscrito en este proyecto. Espero que aprendas mucho con nosotros y desarrolles las competencias que te ayudarán a ser más eficiente en el futuro.

This internship program at the Language Department is an emergent action, implemented in our university, with the objective of helping those students of advanced studies. This is also intended to help them to go on moving in their studies and to avoid stopping them because of the sanitary restrictions that have been imposed in this first period of the 2020 year.
This project has specially been thought for two actions: The students continue with their language learning and they also develop a project of their own engineering. This also contributes to deepen in their knowledge and, at the same time, innovate in the language world with some created products that can be published.
If you are reading this, it´s maybe because you have just enrolled in this project. I hope you learn a lot with us and develop the expected competences that will help you to be more efficient in your future.

PEER TUTORING COURSE
This peer tutoring course was created to help you advance in your English level. It has, as a main characteristic, to be developed among peers who share something in common: knowledge, a language and a will to succeed. You are invited to go on learning to be more competent in the language, for the engineering area.
ENGLISH II
Inglés II forma parte de un conjunto de cursos que van de primero a noveno cuatrimestre y se crea para ayudar a los estudiantes de la Universidad Politécnica de Tlaxcala a avanzar en conocimiento de este idioma. En este, los estudiantes podrán reforzar estructuras bàsicas del idioma asi como practicar con diversas actividades que se generaron especialmente para desarrollar las competencias basicas y genéricas en el idioma.
Es un curso transversal que se trabaja para todas las ingenierias y que busca desarollar competencias generales que cumplan con el perfil de egreso de cada estudiante
El autoaprendizaje y la autogestión del tiempo son elementos primordiales para el avance de cada alumno.

ENGLISH VII
English VII is a special course that will guide English Language Learners to go on developing communicative competences. Then, a wide variety of more advanced English contents are included in it.
ENGLISH I
ENGLISH I
This English introductory course, offered by the Polytechnic University of Tlaxcala, is aimed for all new entry students. It is designed for gathering information about your English background from your high school education.
Enrolled students will develop basic communication skills and competences and will be able to communicate their immediate needs, introduce themselves and describe their close context.
ENGLISH IV
English IV is the continuity of 3 previous English courses that helps the students to be in contact with this foreign language by learning new structures, vocabulary and culture of a foreign country.
In this course, the students will be able to read short stories in English. They will also learn how to communicate their immediate needs, to have a conversation of several events and to talk about their different personal stages in their lives. They will also learn how to advice others in real and in unreal situations and to communicate through this foreign language.
This course includes some basic grammar aspects which are practiced with a a wide variety of resources. Even more, they will also develop their communicative skills with some written, oral and spoken exercises.

INGLÉS VI GRUPO F
El curso se enfoca en desarrollar las cuatro habilidades (leer, escribir, escuchar y hablar). Además, El curso está dividido en cuatro módulos, cada módulo consta de cinco horas, al final de cada módulo se presentaran evidencias del avance. En el último se hará una evaluación para ver el dominio de la gramática; de igual forma se hará la suma de la evaluación de cada módulo para la obtención de su calificación final.

Welcome to this English III course. In this course you will be able to improve your language skills through different activities and strategies. You also will be able to understand and to produce oral and written speeches that will help you to reach the class objectives.
Objective:
The student will be able to give and ask personal information by using short and simple texts through the practice of the four language skills and using grammar structures according to the CEFR A2 level.
Skills:
The student is able to express and communicate himself by oral and written forms in different daily contexts.
Inglés VI
Bienvenid@ al curso en línea de Inglés VI donde estaremos en contacto para desarrollar tus 4 habilidades del idioma y así poder comunicarte en un Segundo lenguaje.
En el presente curso, el alumno se familiarizara con el idioma a través de competencias, en las cuales, que le permitirá progresar en este nuevo lenguaje a través de las cuatro habilidades (hablar, oír, escuchar y leer).
El curso se divide en módulos que equivalen a 5 horas, habiendo tareas y actividades por entregar para evidenciar su avance. Al final se evaluará con un test de comprensión (pueden ser de las cuatro habilidades o combinados así agregándole el aspecto gramatical).
